I had Freedom Music rebuild my daughter's clarinet. She has used it for a year since then and has never had a problem with it. I am very impressed with the customer service from this company. It is small enough that you don't get lost in the crowd, but you also still receive very high quality instruments from someone who is local and knows the business. I will continue to use them as my "go to" company for any repairs that may eventually be needed and also for my son who will be going into middle school in the upcoming year.

Charlie Stevenson is awesome and a pleasure to do business with..... and the best part, he's about 5 minutes down 1637 from the post office in China Spring! Much better pricing, excellent customer service, and extremely convenient to China Spring!!!
I want to post a recommendation for anyone needing to rent a band instrument. Freedom Music Services in Valley Mills. Charlie drove all the way to Lorena today just to bring my child a clarinet for school before band class at no charge. Awesome service!
